Go to the Dishpointer website and put in your postcode to get the longitude and latitude..
For example your postcode is bt18 0b1 you will get this;
On the remote press Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Tuner Configuration > Press OK on Tuner A > Enter your longitude and latitude like in the image below..

thx..but there must b something i'm doing wrong..my dish is set too use usuals..but nothing happening..just about ready too drop kick the unit out of the window
