  • You said you don't have cache peers but are you receiving cache ?
    If not then your config above is wrong

    Try to exclude users from mapper

    Code
    <user name="user" password="pass" [COLOR='#FF0000']map-exclude="false"[/COLOR] profile="myprofile"/>

    And I suggest to change your cw-max-age to 7

    Or if there is many sids for the same channel block only the one that is freezing

    These are just a few things to try, come back and tell us what's happening

  • first of all thanks for quick reply

    i blocked all cache peers for fixing CI my issue.

    yes i exclude user from mapper and i changed cw-max=age to 7 but still CI come and channel give glitch while same channel ecm come from local at 141ms with one user its ok but 2nd user hit CI and get glitch.
    most time same channel clear with one peer and 2nd peer get CI and get freez.

    when every1 watch different channel every thing ok but when few peers start watch same channel it give CI most time

    plz check screen shot of investigation Discovery Europe
    on 2nd CI comes with boomereng

  • The CI can happen when you have 2 connectors but only 1 of them has entitlements to view a certain channel
    You need to tell osacam etc what channels can be viewed from the card
    You also need to block services from that connector in CSP

    yeh i agree with you but my cards have entitlement to view same channels have u seen above attached picture to me looks its cache problrm in csp.

    one user watching boomereng F shows and 2nd user also watching boomereng but CI come to him in csp
    same thing with other user watching discovery investigation F shows and 2nd user also watching discovery investigation but CI come to him.

  • As you said iit would appear one of your cache peers is giving you the error, delete them one by one to find out who and let him know he has a problem
    I never use cache, there are too many problems with it, and IMO no need for it

  • at moment i only add my own local newcamd nlines and all channels ok on that card i tested on update card nline.

    CI come at my own csp my cache same channel ecm 1 user get and F comes in csp and channel ok with him now when 2nd user watch same channel same time then CI comes and it give glitch 2nd user i personally tested it give freez.

    Example: i added 2 users in csp and both watching ***sports1
    now on 1st user front F comes on csp and channel ok
    now on 2nd user front 0 CI comes and user get freez on same channel or some time 1 CI comes.

    I upload picture again see it please hope you get my problem info in detail

    pwd = lunixsat
    keepalive = 0
    group = 1
    ident = 0963:000000

  • I would suggest 1st to save your proxy.xml then upgrade to latest version of csp

    also it is recommended to create 3 user accounts in oscam for each card to make requests faster to your local card, this can also help overcome any little cache errors

    Example

    [reader]
    label = reader1-1
    enable = 1
    protocol = pcsc
    device = 0
    caid = 0963
    ident = 0963:000000
    detect = cd
    mhz = 357
    cardmhz = 600
    group = 1

    blockemm-s = 0
    blockemm-unknown = 1
    blockemm-g = 1
    emmcache = 1,3,2

    [reader]
    label = reader1-2
    enable = 1
    protocol = pcsc
    device = 0
    caid = 0963
    ident = 0963:000000
    detect = cd
    mhz = 357
    cardmhz = 600
    group = 1
    blockemm-u = 0
    blockemm-s = 0
    blockemm-unknown = 1
    blockemm-g = 1
    emmcache = 1,3,2

    [reader]
    label = reader1-3
    enable = 1
    protocol = pcsc
    device = 0
    caid = 0963
    ident = 0963:000000
    detect = cd
    mhz = 357
    cardmhz = 600
    group = 1
    blockemm-u = 0
    blockemm-s = 0
    blockemm-unknown = 1
    blockemm-g = 1
    emmcache = 1,3,2

    Do the same for each reader

  • i have 2 ***uk local cards
    so for them i add 6 reader accounts in oscam server right?

    now i add 3 user account for each card total i creat 6 user account for 2 local cards.

    if i add user accounts like dis it will not creat problem for card update?

    if possible upload csp ver which u suggest
    csp R231 or cspR234
    thanks for help my friend

    Yes, 3 for each card

    The best scenario is to have a local box connected directly to oscam to send emm's instead of sending emm's through csp

    Quote

    if possible upload csp ver which u suggest

    Try version r242 that is attached

  • sync with new csp r242 CI issue reduced now its minor .

    i added in oscam three reader for each local and 3 user accounts but oscam can't pick card give error some "NEDINTT no entitlement found"

    now when i remove 2 reader accounts then its ok but ecm time increased in csp.

  • sorry pari too much beer and I was on my phone at the time I think lol, it should have been users not readers, my apologies the extra reader is for a different project ;)

    I tried to edit my previous post but not allowed to, very strange that we can not edit our own posts :waaaht:

  • pari if you are not getting any CI flags, that probably means that you are not using your csp for cache and you are relying on all the cards for all the ecms which isnt the ideal scenario. To my understanding, only one user should hit the card for one specific channel and and rest of users watching the same channel should get it from the cache generated by the first user. This reduces the load on your cards. Can you post the ecm forward hit percentage and ecm cache hit percentage. you can find this information if you go to status tab on your csp.

    C = Cache hit (local)
    I = Instant cache hit (no waiting at all in cache, both request and reply already available)
