You install the file you extracted by using winarar to the tmp folder bud, your using a old version of vix so the link I gave you is the correct version for this image.

Using a FTP program insert the ipk file into the tmp folder, then using your remote press the blue button and select vix, in here you will see the option to install local extension.This will allow you to install the ipk file, when you have done that restart your box.
