openbox S9 tp_prog.dbs and upgrade by usb greyed out

Hi,

i am trying to help a friend out with their openbox S9.

i have AJs channel list on my usb and in the box, but the upgrade by usb is greyed out. is there a code i can enter to enable it or what is the best tool that i can use to install channel list ?
