Sorry I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to all this,, just learning as I go along. And now i've come to the point i need to get some advice.
I'm running XBMC-PVR Media center in my sitting room and have a server with a dual DVB-S2 card running tvheadend to stream the signal. At the moment getting all the free-view channels available.
Was thinking about getting a card reader to connect to server so i can get my $ly sub via tvheadend/xbmc.
Will the Phoenix card reader work ? or do i need a smargo ?
I've managed to get oscam installed and working with tvheadend. Will oscam keep my card updated or will i need to put it back in the original box every now and then ?
