Hi, we are here to discuss the latest upgrade of ASTRO 91.5 KU (videoguard2) system in MALAYSIA on 15th July 2013. The upgrade had affected a fews card server, some of their smart cards has been black out in the original decoder and Card Sharing Server. When they calling center, the center asking to upgrade to the BEYOND decoder which running NDS2 system that can't be shared in Card Sharing Server. However the videoguard2 system is still running now.
Is there any skill to prevent the card burn or destroy?
Some server owner said that:
1. Reader (DM500s / Smargo / Phoenix ) have to connect to satellite for the System AUTO UPDATE?
2. The Smart Card have to plug into the original decoder for AUTO UPDATE?
3. There is some script in OSCAM to protect the smart card by prevent the kill command sending from satellite?
4. 1 channel 1 card to show that this smart card is a normal user in their system? (Not really possible)
5. Prepare a lot of cards to swap when card burn or black out?
Please do share your experience in this problem or just leaving some technical support or useful skill.
