solo2 not seeing usb sticks

    my solo2 wont see any usb sticks I've tried 7 different sticks including a axdata Kingston x3 a durecell a sandisk and 1 unknown make. it only recognises the 1gig Duracell I have tried formatting to fat32 and ntfs also tried all usb ports
    Im running OpenVIX-3.0.683 UK Ready Backup By Ten Below
    This is my second solo2 the first one recognised them all any ideas anyone
