Spiderbox cannot find channel changes on a existing transponder

    Hi All


    Help Please


    I have a Spiderbox 7000


    I couple of channels have moved from one transponder to another one


    The 2 channels are SLY Sports News HD & ESSPN HD


    I have tried a Satellite Blind search also a search against the particular transponders but its only picking existing channels


    The details are shown below



    Sly Sports News HD 11798.00MHz, pol.H (DVB-S2 SR:29500 FEC:3/4


    ESSPN HD 11585.00MHz, pol.H (DVB-S2 SR:29500 FEC:3/4


    Can anyone try searching for these on a Spider or give me a reason why I cant pick them up
