Channel numbers wrong

My problem is that when i press 101, 102 comes up and this is the same no matter what channel i choose it`s always one above.

What image have you got installed buddy? are you using auto bouquets plugin?

I have the latest version of vix i think im using cross epg rytec ...if that makes sence

download a channel list of the tspanel for 28e to overwrite your current one. Run autobouquets again and it should be correct this time.
sometimes channel list editors manage to do what your describing when copying to the box. If you dont have autobouquets its on the tspanel under linuxsat_support in plugins

If you have the latest version of Vix installed follow this tutorial just to double check the settings in Autobouquets.
