28.2 and 13E channel list please

    Can anyone point me in the right direction for a current F3 channel list for 13E please, preferably a channel list with both 28.2 (SlyUK) and 13E (SlyIT).

    Multi sat channel lists for the F3,F5 etc are few and far between the only list that i know of that's updated on a regular basis is AJ`s list for 28.2e there are multi sat lists available if you google it but there extremely old so might be better off creating one your self.
