High ECM count what does it mean ?

    Recently a peer has complained that I as client had an ECM of over 7 million ??
    Thought I was pay server or something. (:
    I have no local but over 100 HOP 1 +500 HOP2
    (one server has 70 of those HOP1s and only one card but 70 times ?? )


    On F lines I have:{ 0:0:2 }
    over 25 peers
    Cccam 2.3.0 Dreambox OE2
    Have a script which blocks all illegal users.


    What causes this ? How to avoid ?
