I add f line in cfg files with php script. how to fix this?

hi guys I add f line in cfg files with php script.
but every that add user after disconnect and then reconnect all your existing peers and lines.
How can I fix this..

cccam process works like this
var/etc/bin/CCcam.x86 -C var/etc/CCcam.cfg
