need software for jtag dm500s

    hi lads i got me a jtag but i carn't find the software to jtag this dreambox500s does anyone know where i can find it please.

    hi i got the software but when i try to use it it says Error register test faild check your jtag and ajust the voltage regulator,the jtag looks ok but i don't know about ajusting the regulator can you help at all on this mate.
