help pls guys whit oscam...ping

hi guys, my server running whit ubuntu auto oscam/cccam :Tutorial - Ubuntu amd.64-Bit 12.04 - Automated Oscam/CCcam 2.1.3 Install Package

is work whit smargo reader and prob is:
very big ping 0.426ms but when client connnect to my server [whit Nline] frome non UK, any different country [germany,france......]
ping is come higher about frome 0423ms~1.200ms and is start glich and freez for him
how is possible make ping about 0.200ms

log.... this is not this same ip adres, there is diferent ip adres in log.... start frezing when 1500ms in costumers.

I'm doing lyke that but mesage told my
successfully flashed the reader with new firmware......... i doing step (4)

but as I want to change remains ...mhz.. the same anyway

Linux PC setup

This is how I did it!

1: Update your smartreader+ if it has v1.2 or older firmware with v1.3 in your normal PC before puting into Linux server and set it to Autoswitch and select Normal to set it to work in Linux Server.

2: In Your Linux Server.
Copy these drivers to linux PC server. FTP 2 files:
srp_tools_x86
srp_update_x86
Set on console to both file chmod 755 !

Read before step 3!
(Do not update in linux PC if your smartreader+ version is already v1.3, if not it will kill your smartreader+. Best is to update in you normal PC to play safe. If its already updated than goto step 4 to install drivers for smartreader+)
3: Run command: ./srp_update_x86
and you see like so:
smartreader+ version v1.0, v1.1 or v1.2 then you have time to update.

4:Remove the reader and reinsert now we start the config tool
Run command: ./srp_tools_x86
smartreader+ version v1.3
MODE autoswitch
FREQ 3.69 Mhz
KERNEL normal
T_MODE t = 0
EGT 0

I was looking at all the readers SMARGO+ on the internet which cost up to £ 20 a klone,thets wy kant to updeiting normal....
