With that "huge" budget, get a Solo2 from the sponsor and you will have 100 change..
You could could try to come up with another 50 for the Duo2 but do you really want to get in that deep starting off m8?
I have a solo2 and it does everything it's supposed to & more..

Is it easy to set up for beginner ?
Yes, probably one of the easiest & there are countless tuts and backup images to get you started.
