Hello everyone

I have been using vix but i've moved to blackhole. now http streams will play but m3u will not:
for example...this plays:
#SERVICE 4097:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//176.124.246.8/td:Today FM
but this does not play:
#SERVICE 4097:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:m3u%3a//icy-e-02.sharp-stream.com/city.mp3.m3u:Radio City
i belive i need to install some plugins.
reading elsewhwhere it seems that i need:
*gst-plugin-mms*
*gst-Plugin-rtmp*
*gst-plugin-libxt*
i tried the following:
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list-installed | grep gst-plugin-mms
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list-installed | grep gst-plugin-rtmp
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list-installed | grep gst-plugin-libtxt
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list | grep gst-plugin-mms
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list | grep gst-plugin-rtmp
root@vusolo2:~# opkg list | grep gst-plugin-libtxt
Can some one kindly confirm if this is the correct course of action and if so how to install the plugins / where to find them for download.
thankyou
I would try installing iptvlistupdater plugin in telnet.. All the dependencies that are required for IPTV or streams should be pulled from the BlackHole feed.. [DOWNLOAD] IPTV List Updater
Or if you manually install the .ipk in the image menu take note of any error during installation and use the dependencies from here => [DOWNLOAD] Dependencies Needed for IPTV List Updater
FTP .ipk to /tmp and use this in telnet;
Hopefully this is a working solution.. Let us know how you get on buddy..
Apologies for the delay in replying, I was unable to load the forum site for some reason so I couldnt download the ipk files.
I attempted to install enigma2-plugin-extensions-iptvlistupdater_1.62.+git921+75de60a-r27_mips32el.ipk but got "Cannot satisfy the following dependencies error".
So, I then downloaded all of the dependencies:
root@vusolo2:/var/volatile/tmp# ls -lrt *.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 35684 Sep 6 19:41 udpxy_0.23+git83+e8219e1-r0_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 414592 Sep 6 19:41 python-requests_1.2.3-r3_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 76078 Sep 6 19:42 livestreamersrv_0.3-r0_all.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 86928 Sep 6 19:42 curl_7.24.0-r0_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6518 Sep 6 19:42 python-pkgutil_2.7.3-r5.3_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12274 Sep 6 19:42 gst-plugins-bad-rtmp_0.10.23.1+git12245+fb0d870-r3_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 58512 Sep 6 19:42 librtmp1_2.4+git493+d0b3ae9-r4_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 128222 Sep 6 19:42 livestreamer_1.7.0-r0_mips32el.ipk
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 32576 Sep 6 19:43 python-textutils_2.7.2-r8.17_mips32el.ipk
Then run: opkg update && opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
I then got the following:
<snip>
Collected errors:
* opkg_install_pkg: Package curl md5sum mismatch. Either the opkg or the package index are corrupt. Try 'opkg update'.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package curl.
* pkg_run_script: package "librtmp1" postinst script returned status 1.
* opkg_configure: librtmp1.postinst returned 1.
I then reboot the box
