Ondemand assistance for vix image

Hi,

i want to try my hand at installing the ondemand plugin.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to where i might get the plugin ?
(previous threads say to get it on latest image feeds, does that mean if i get latest vix image, the ondemand comes included ?)

so i'm trying to find an up-to-date version of the ondemand plugin, along with a few basic steps of what i'm doing ?
(complete novice!)
