Open pli autobouquet?

    Hi folks,
    Just installed a triplex open pli image, with a supposed hd judder fix, but it comes with no autobouquet plugin, i had to delete the blacklist for it to even allow the autobouquet plugin to be shown, but whenever i try to install, it tells me that permission is denied. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks
