usb card reader 02micro setup help

I have been trawling the forums for several weeks now trying to find as much as i could before i dipped my toes into the world of card sharing for my s*y uk white card so when i purchase a dreambox / openbox or whatever i will be able to watch my payed for card subscription channels on this box in another room...

My ubuntu server is a dell latitude d630 with a build in usb card reader 02micro.

When i scan usb devices on oscam it shows the below..

Bus 007 Device 003: ID 0b97:7772 O2 Micro, Inc. OZ776 CCID Smartcard Reader
iProduct 2 O2Micro CCID SC Reader
iSerial 0

I can't seem to find any posts on setting this up...am i trying to be too smart using this internal reader ?....am i better using a serial one...

Sorry in advance if kinda off thread, but i am going round in circles after successfully setting up the server.

sorry about that...;-)..this is a great forum and the best i have come across.

So can anyone help a complete newbie whose 100% completely computer literate (using windows, servers, routers etc (but not linux).....;-) in achieving what i need before i invest in one or 2 of these dreamboxes / openboxes etc...

I don't want to pay someone else to share their cards over the internet, i want to learn to do it myself with my own paid for subscription card the best i can..for starters...
