No output

    Hi


    New mag 250 arrived, unpacked attached hdmi lead, ethernet lead and power. Blue light on front but nothing going to screen, also tried av with red, white, yellow lead to tv but still no output to tv.


    Any ideas?

    Press and HOLD down MENU button before powering up box, check video settings in there, it may be set to NTSC or something your tv cant handle, if not contact supplier to replace box

    if you got the new update ( i think its still beta version)
    its asked your location (head city) but still wrong
