Steam to Smart TV

    Currenlty I have a Oscam on a VIX image. I am currently not using the recording function. My second TV is a Samsung Smart TV. Instead of buying a second box is there anyway to stream to the TV. I know there is a Player of phone which i use but want to stream to my second TV.
