Suggested values for Ratelimitecm, Ratelimitseconds and ecmunique

    Most would leave these blank so to be set at default, as are normally unused options under most circumstances. I couldn't really explain more than the wiki does - you set the ratelimit ECM which sets the number of SIDs allowed in the ratelimit interval that you have to set along with this. The other option - ecmunique - is a very new option
