The cause was the replace.list
juste go thete and put an # before this line:
X: {{ 0100 } { 0B00 }}
looks like this:
#X: {{ 0100 } { 0B00 }}
Maybe does not work for other providers because of this file.

edit testo OK with the same version of ccam and the same files, all from pkt emulaters pack
