How do i delete recordings from my HD

Well, I guess it depends on your image. I'm using BH, on pressing Menu I get a list the first of which is "delete".

im on BH
when I press menu it comes up with main menu if I press the record menu I see a list what I recorded but no option to delete
red button just says all /green / yellow /blue don't do anything

As I said in my first post "once selecting a listed item" - so press the record menu, highlight a recording, then press Menu.
