Cant transfer channel list

Alright Gents
for some reason I cant send the channel list across to my dm 500 ive changed the settings from E2 to E1
don't know why this is just started ive done my dm800 this morning
it does its first bit** Getting directory list /var/tuxbox/config/enigma/lamedb **
Starting FTP transfer
Transfer complete
Disconnecting.
Disconnected.

Now Reload settings on box and I get this
this might take up to a few mins
then it just hangs or says complete but it hasn't even rebooted the box like I said ive done my dm800 solo2 on it today so what am I doing wrong

then nothing but the odd thing is the files get sent across
that's not the norm is it been a while
