Openbox s9 hd blocked

Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!

this is my problem, i can't connect my computer with my Openbox, can you help me please, i have used different loader, but always this error, i have also used many different computer, i installed the latest firmware 21/03/11, and after it's blocked

I dont know exactly, but i think the problem is not the firm.
Possible that your box is damaged ?
Define blocked....

i have install the firmware and after all blocked, i wish install new firmware but with loader i have: Target not connect or target is error status!

I'm afraid you will have to contact you're supplier and tell him the problem. This is the problem with clones unfortunately

so, what firmware installed for clone? because there are not firmware for clone openbox

It was only firmware released since the start of the year that had this bomb in them. Last years firmware had no such problems

I was helping another lad and he had the same problem as you. He got it working eventually. This is what he said:
great news got my box back from the dead, this is how. latest firmware, openbox s9 old loader, pc with dedicated null modem port(on motherboard) null modem cable, and fingers crossed
