Help with open atv 3.0

    Hello I have got ten below backup image which is very good thank you ten . the problem I am having Is when I give my ip number to my cs, he can not get in my box on the web . dhcp is ok do I need to do some sort of software update thanks for any help.

    Sorry trying to connect box with cccam cs he was not able to get in box and put file in it. I had seen there was about 140 updates for the box will any of these help thank you
