pc swoftware to use for satellite

hi all
got a pc using videomate SAA7231 Hybrid+ DVBS Capture sat card.
wanted to know whats the best pc software to use with it to watch sat tv on a usals dish and also i have got cline that i normally use oscam with but again not sure what emu software to use on the pc

i am sharing a polsat card with my dream box and my amiko allien 2 box using cline method and wanted to add my pc as i do not have a CI interface for my pc because the pc card does not have a addon plug for a CI slot
