New oe2.0-sim2 images webinterface fix

webinterface is not functional if tpm check not disabled
this fix remove tpm check
install by telnet:

copy the package to tmp directory
by telnet execute this command

opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

restart enigma

or from TSpanel-addons-Tunisiasat addons-Plugins-sim2-webinterface fix
