I am following the instructions on your to install an ominikey card reader but I am getting the following error message the application is not available or has been removed

the application is not available to be installed or has been movedjust loading the debian again from scratch

I have installe it now but when o go to edit the file nano /etc/opensc/opensc.conf it is empty but the bottom has ^o ^T what dose ^ symbol mean
