HOW- Prismcube recovery
If the receiver does not start , does not respond to the remote control , the display remains blank , the switch turns red and you can not upload the software via USB , this may indicate a bootloader .
In this case you need to restore it
1 Download and install the program Tera Term 4.79 >> here
2 Extract the files and extract Prismcube recovery disk
3 Download a current version of Emergency Update from the http://update.prismcube.com/Ruby/ , unpack the zip file and copy the formatted with the FAT32 file system directory named prismcube_ruby
4 Remove the plug of the AC adapter Prismcube Unscrew the case and put the jumper on jumper JP9 ( UART_BOOT )
5 Connect the RS -232 Prismcube a computer with a cable nullmodem
6 If your computer does not have a serial connector , the adapter using USB / serial
7 Run Tera Term - will appear in the seriell highlight and select the serial port adapter
8 The properties you select the port baudrate 115200
9 Plug the power supply - if anything we set successfully , the terminal should show the letters CCC
10th Selecting the bootloader to load the Tera Term File successively select File , Transfer, YMODEM, Send - here indicating locations of u- boot.bin file
11th After the upload is complete software emergency will be displayed Remove USB
12th Remove the power supply plug , we remove the jumper and turn the cover .
Caution! It should be noted in the " scanning bus for storage devices ... " how many usb devices have been detected - should be two . If there is only one , then you should use
