flashing red light

    Hi, i'm using vix image, build 769, when i press the ok button to get the channel information on the info bars i'm getting a red light in the circle which is normally green for an online update, is this something to worry about? thanks.

    Have you got your settings for software update set to "allow unstable updates"? can't check right now but I think that is why the update icon is flashing red instead of green, letting you know a update is available but it's unstable/untested.

    I would change it bud, but it's up to you. One thing to remember though is you will need to change it back to allow unstable updates if you ever need to download plugins while the feeds are unstable.
