Image backup problem on octagon sf8 hd Vic

    I am running Vix image on recently purchased Octagon sf8Hd build 761


    Image Manager job failing Backup Manager working ok please can someone advise

    Hi morrisg,
    I have saw this error before on lower memory boxes, try creating a swap file & see if the problem remains.

    Hi have set up 96mb swap file on HDD rebooted and still getting sane failure on image manager backup
    Any further help please guys ?

    The best thing you can do is create debug logs and if possible rs232 serial logs of the IMG manager while it's creating the backup, then post these for the ViX team to look through, This is exactly what i did for the Nano which had a similar issue. you could also try updating to buid 755 and see if that resolves your issue.
