Couldn't record due to invalid service... error.

    I have recently set up my Vu+ duo.


    I am using blackhole version 2.2.0 C, Sgt Flips latest channel list, and the cool tv guide.


    A 500GB HD is installed that has been initilised.


    While time shifting works when I try to record using the 'red dot' on the remote and any of the 4 options I am presented with....


    'Couldn't record due to invalid service 1:0:1:1915:7FF:2:11A000 ETC'


    I have tried both other channel list and a blind scan but I still get the error.


    If I try to record through the cool tv guide I get an error.....


    'Timer sanity error'



    Can anyone please shed any light on where I am going wrong from the above info?

    Try using the latest catseye channel list buddy, these were only released yesterday,

    I take it you have your HDD mounted correctly? on black hole press blue button twice then select devices manager, in here press the red button to set mountpoints, set the hdd as media/hdd then do a full restart.


    Blackhole is now on version 2.0.7... would be worth your while updating to ensure you have the latest drivers etc installed on your duo.
