A52E channel list help

hey all is it possible to dump a channel list from a different ariva box abs, what someone has made and install the channel list to my abs file??

really need a up to date channel list for my a52e, browsed the forum for a list but can not find any for my box???

For instance a friend of mine has the Avira 202 HD, he has is channel list exactly like *** 101 bbc1 102 bbc2 103 itv etc....

I know if I install his abs onto my box, it will brick it, I'm wondering if there is a way to extract the channel list, and put it on my abs file to send to box???

Any help would be much appreciated :)
