Cronjob help

    I want to run a cronjob 4 times a day I want it to stop a process, have it wait 5 minuets and then start the process again is this possible in an easier way than having 8 separate jobs stopping and starting at four different times of the day?

    Id put it all in a script & run that scrippt every 6 hours from cron..
