Octagon SF2028 hd optima3d

Hi lads got this receiver couple of weeks ago and am wondering if it is possible to card share with this,can't see anywhere to put cline in. Latest emu. software in it Does anyone know if there is secret menu or alternative software.
Also doesn't recognise the USB or sata harrd drive on the rear of the box (says not mount) but don,t know how to activate this. Any info appreciated
