Solo will not boot

    Hello I have got a solo 2 not a clone, it was runing open atv 3.0 but is stuck on boot screen. It says booting 99 can not load via USB new image , box was ok for about 3 months ,can I load box with rs232 cable with original image from vu thanks for any help .

    Sounds like a bootloader problem..main problem is there is clones out there...of which we dont know who owns them without further ado/
