Vu+ solo2 problem with channels Canal+ NC+ PL

    Hi guys i have problem with some channels from polish platform NC+ few of them want work , Canal+family , canal+film HD canal |+film 2 hd example Frequency, Pol.: 11411 MHz, pol. H
    , and some more all coming from caid provider 0100 , i try upgrade software on box but i get info software didn't exist . Any advise ?

    I had some issues with these channels giving me a tune failed message a couple of days ago but they just started working again... Its possibly a signal issue, have you checked whether or not you have a signal when on these channels?
