Oscam not getting all providers

I'm using a reshare server connecting to another server.

Yesterday the server stopped to work because aparently the connection is failed:

Its possible increase the timeout value to connect? Or another solution to it.

The timeout on my side is not a problem of remote server. I want to increase the connection time out. Currently its stopping the connection after 3 seconds.
