Streaming problem xp1000 vix image

    Hi I have Ethernet connected pc and sf8hd running vix image build 761
    Use web browser on pc to access sf8hd internal ip address
    Browser opens stream in vlc player 0.9.9 but I get juddering on vlc player 0.9.9
    Other media players on Pc do same or fail to open stream altogether
    Get same on my android phone with vu+ player
    Any help please guys
