    - removed shaderman's "rename entry" function from merlin source code, because DMM merged this code to their sources
    - SkinSettings: new option to disable menu icons
    - Updated German and French translations for new option; fixed typo in French translation
    - ChannelSelection: (hopefully) last fix for oldPath initialize

    - simplified PiconLoader: removed virtual PiconSet for PiconMapper (using regular DVB-S PiconSets now). Please delete existing PiconMapperSet!
    - reduced offered directories to those matching the size of the Picon when installing a new PiconSet
    - simplified PiconMapper config: it's only required to activate the PiconMapper. Sets and directory no longer need to be selected
