last night i trie update my card on my dm500s but the problem is my box read the card no problem but i cant get any emm can someone help my plzzz

Show us how you have CCcam configured also remember that emm is not sent every day with this provider, sometimes a little patience is required.

Mine updated fine a few days ago in CCCam 2.1.3. As long as you don't have emms blocked it will update fine if youleave it long enough. I leave mine running under CCCam 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. It updates once maybe twice a month. Just leave it under CCCam and it will update if you leave it long enough.
