Hi All,
My debian server is set up to execute any changes I make to the config file after a certain time (4am I think) daily. Is there a way I can force the changes to take place without having to wait until the following day.
New to all this. Willing to learn.

UPDATE,
Useful commands. I tried out some and they worked so I know I am not to far off beam. However my cccam config is in server-config-CCcam_1cfg. Does this mean that I use the following. /server/config/CCcam_1.cfg/configupdate.sh. Tried this to no avail.
Hope I don't look to stupid. Hopefully I am on the right track. -

Thanks ten below.
Tried your suggested post. I know I am doing something silly as I am getting no 'such file or directory notice'.
My cccam config is in server/config/CCcam_1cfg. The configupdate seems to be in server /script/ConfigUpdate.sh -
Eureka.
Thanks guys.
Told you it was something silly. I noticed that my ConfigUpdate.sh had a capital C and a capital U. When I got this right all worked ok.
You guys have never let me down.
