Oscam + CCcam 2.2.1 in Technomate T500

Hi everybody,
I have Technomate t500 with oscam+cccam2.2.1 with *** uk card 0963
but i have one problem because just cccam is working but oscam is not running
I need your help for configuration oscam to run with cccam.
