need some help to configure oscam on a ubuntu 12.04

  • Hello There

I'm planing to build a HTPC to watch TV over TV Headend.

    This is my current System:

-fresh installation of Ubuntu 12.04 + all available updates
    -TVHeadend 2.99.53.4502158 installation from ppa
    -TBS6918 DVB Frontend
-OSCAM/CCCAM Installation from this Script: http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=16479

XBMC is at the moment not installed. But for testing purposes i use vlc and the Stream-Link of TVHeadend.

TVHeadend is configured and work fine with the non-encrypted Channels. Recording is also possible.

The only problem is the encrypted channels.

    My Needs:

Now i need somebody who can explain me how I should configure my current oscam/cccam installation that it can read keys from a local key file. I read a lot of oscam ymod or doscam or camd3, and everybody is saying you have only to use this and this tool, but i dont really know where to start, i searched a lot on the internet but nowhere is a installation like i need it described.

It would be really cool if somebody can take 5-10 minutes time and explain me in short steps how do i configure it to make my system reading keys from a local file.

    Hope somebody can help me.

    best regards
