cannot get box to load

hi i am struggling with my mag 250 when i turn it on it gets to loading sticks at 3 bars then goes to a blue screen & stays there , i tried loading bootstrap & image via usb & instructions from site but cannot get it to work then moved on to mcast got it to connect but its just taking forever to load any pointers on how to do this how long it should take to load an image, should port & ip be the same on both stream ect i would be grateful the box is only a couple of months old & was working perfectly until i tried to use it the other day

managed to load an older image then update all up & running now
