Help for Viasat - 16E

Daft question maybe. I have an Optibox spider HD

with a euro IKS but 16E isnt on it. Does anyone have anything that may clear Viasat on any satellite. 19/16/13/10/4 East 1.0W 5.0W
Theres only so much Canal+ in french one can cope with. Thanks.
