load bootloader

    Hi, i have the gigablue hd800 ue plus, i want to install a new image i have read that you do this with a usb stick, i see that you have to have the latest bootloader installed is this done with a usb stick also, and how do i know if i have the latest bootloader or not already installed. thanks

    Bootloaders are not regularly updated, so more often than not you would have the latest bootloader already installed. Not having the one you need will not break your box, rather the update will fail so if in doubt, try flashing the image first.
