Help installing a USB TV tuner U3100

Wondering if some one could help me please with instructions installing a asus U3100 USB T tuner Chipset DIB0700 on a VIX image on My GenuineVU Duo.

Thanks for the previous help and I am now looking at running a VTI image and was wondering if that image has support for Asus My cinema U3100 and how it is installed please.
